This is a tumblelog, kinda like a blog but with short-form, mixed-media posts with stuff I like. Scroll down a bit to start reading, or a bit more to read more about me.
お味噌汁と焼き魚…といきたいところでしたが、家族のリクエストによりイタリアン。ベランダのよく育ったバジルをふんだんに使いました。食べ始めるとのってきて、ガーリックトーストもいただきました。

Greetings ya’ll, welcome to sunny northern California! After my first trip last weekend to DC, I made the leap across America to San Francisco to visit my best friend from high school. She’s the brains in our combination, which is why my first day starts in Stanford. An oasis of lush greenery and land that requires a bike to get around campus (of course, I didn’t complain). In honor of such an academic location, my first thought was to throw a blazer on for a dapper look (think Harvard or Duke). But to my surprise I was the sore thumb amongst some of Cali’s most relaxed dressed innovators. Though, I much rather make a statement than blend in, even when touring the most beautiful campus I’ve been to before (sorry FIT).
